First Snow Cabin — Hoodie
There is something about the first cold snap of the year that makes a cabin in the woods feel less like a getaway and more like a return. This soft watercolor captures that moment—low light pooling in a single window while the rest slips into deep blue dusk. Snow-dusted spruce stand patient and quiet around a small log structure, their dark forms softened by the watercolor wash. Smoke rises in a thin, still column from the chimney, the only movement in the cold air. The palette moves from warm amber inside to cool blue outside, meeting somewhere at the doorframe.
